Rules for using a gift certificate

  • A gift certificate is a certificate for the bearer (not a registered certificate), and any individual who has presented the certificate can purchase goods offered by the Flirt & Tan chain of stores with it.
  • In case of loss of the certificate, including theft, the certificate cannot be restored, and the funds cannot be returned, due to the lack of personalization of the person who owned the certificate before the loss.
  • When paying for an order using a certificate, be sure to indicate this at the checkout stage and inform the manager when confirming the order. The certificate must be presented and handed over to an employee of the company when paying for the goods.
  • The validity of the Certificate is limited and is 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Only one purchase is possible using the certificate. When buying, the face value of the certificate is written off in full. If the purchase price is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference between the cost is not refundable.
  • If the cost of the purchase exceeds the face value, the difference between the cost of the goods and the face value of the certificate is paid in cash.
  • You can buy a gift certificate in any Flirt & Tan store chain (and on the website)
  • The certificate cannot be used to receive cash.
  • The buyer should keep the receipt for the purchase of the certificate to confirm the face value of the card in case of damage or other disputes.
